[Clayton] was able to assist an Engineering Technician to complete water standard drawings before the required deadline. Clayton was recognized by an Engineering Supervisor for his efforts with this project. Recently, he was assigned to assist the RIX Facility to capture coordinates for well locations. He collected the well data using a Trimble GPS unit, created a new feature class and an exhibit, and sent the data to the Consultant. The RIX Supervisor was very pleased and emailed his Supervisor expressing his gratitude and appreciation. In addition, he has completed all the C.O. and Work Order closures assigned to him. Clayton makes a significant contribution to the overalJ success of the GIS data.

If time is a commodity, Clayton is a master at cost analysis and budgeting. He is very adept at balancing and prioritizing work, life and education. If passion and persistence are a measure of intelligence, then Clayton is a genius – he has a goal and I am confident will apply himself to achieve that goal. Clayton’s interpersonal and communication skills are exceptional. He is task oriented and highly organized. In significantly less time than given to complete a project, he produces an end product that exceeds expectations. As a team member, his enthusiasm, determination and positive attitude have a noticeable impact on those working with him. He is a natural leader with great interpersonal skills for motivating others.
